We usually ship 12-24 hours after payment is received. Please note we have to test items and prepare them before we ship it so allow 1-2 days for handling. If you are in a rush let us know in advance so we can do our best to suit you. In total allow 5 - 15 days to receive all the items, it all depends on where you leave and how fast the carriers travel. Once we ship items we have no control of the speed of delivery just be patient you will get ALL your items in your description. * These are heavy items so sometimes we send several boxes to avoid extra fees and charges if this can upset you then please do not buy. We use USPS, FEDEX, and UPS to ship not necessarily in that order.
