Once we ship items we have no control of the speed of delivery just be patient you will get ALL your items in your description. * These are heavy items so sometimes we send several boxes to avoid extra fees and charges if this can upset you then please do not buy. We use USPS, FEDEX, and UPS to ship not necessarily in that order.
